EXECUTIVES:
Jelle Braaksma, President of Trust Management Services Inc., is a resident of Alberta, Canada. His career encompasses more than 20 years of hands-on experience in many areas of the financial services industry. He brings to Trust Management Services Inc. an important combination of investment expertise, professionalism and a thorough and proven commitment to client service. For the past 10 years he has been travelling and working extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East and has been instrumental in the development and completion of numerous business and humanitarian Projects. This world perspective allows him to be intuitive, reactive and effective in problem solving on an international scale.

Shaher Handous, Executive Vice President of Trust Management Services Inc., is a resident of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. His main focus is facilitating business through excellent communication and organizational skills. A multi-faceted career enables him to provide broad based, hand-on expertise in numerous fields, including Aviation, the oil industry, medical advances, as well as computer technology. This knowledge provides him with a depth of experience which is unparalleled. Shaher gained valuable experience with site contracts in the Middle East with both government and commercial airlines. Born in Lebanon, he speaks and writes several languages fluently, including, English, Arabic and related dialects. His work in formulating and facilitating contracts, together with his ability to provide valuable insight into mechanisms of financing these ventures, has made him a sought after partner in the international business community.

Jane Graves, Vice-President for Insurance Services of Trust Management Services Inc., was born in England, she attended Pacific University, majoring in Biology and Organic Chemistry. After Post Graduate studies in Naturopathic Medicine she later transferred to Allopathic studies and was a research fellow. Ms. Graves has had a interesting and varied employment history: While working as a Medical Safety Engineer for the Martin Marietta Corp., on the Titan Missile launch program, she was asked to head the Safety Training Department for the Exxon Valdez Oil Recovery project, where she worked with Exxon Mobil, the State of Alaska and the Contractor VECO, to oversee the safety and medical well-being of the employees on the project. Ms Graves is a licensed pilot, has owned several airports F.B.O's (Fixed Base Operations) and has worked with the F.A.A. to write Safety and Operations Procedures for General Aviation and Essential Service Contracts. Ms Graves formed her own consulting company and entered the Medical Insurance arena, she assisted in designing and marketing several innovative healthcare products,both insured and uninsured, that addressed the countries growing healthcare crisis. In recent years Ms. Graves has developed a profound interest in humanitarian projects. To support this initiative she is now a principle in a TMS, which uses international financing to purchase life insurance policies for underdeveloped regions. The death proceeds are used as a long term endowment to the country and fund welfare and infrastructure benefits for the residents. Ms. Graves is a valuable member of the team at Trust Management Services Inc.

Alfred Prah, Executive Director Special Projects (Ghana) for Trust Management Services Inc. Although his current base of operations and domicile is in Croatia, Mr. Prah maintains his Ghanaian citizenship and strong ties to this area of the world. He was born in Russia of Ghanaian parents and was raised in a political environment, which at an early age, gave him a unique insight into government and its workings. His father was a Chargé d'affaire and his extended family also includes Ghanaian Members of Parliament.. He was schooled in the United Kingdom and Ghana and subsequently followed in his Mothers footsteps and studied medicine in Zagreb, Croatia. His career encompasses more than 20 years of varied experience in many areas, including promoting cultural events and media marketing and promotion, as well as establishing a consulting and trading company. His focus is in the geographical area of sub-Saharan Africa and Mid-Europe. He brings to Trust Management Services Inc. an important combination of cultural knowledge, professionalism and a thorough and proven commitment to client services. For the past 10 years he has been travelling and working extensively throughout Europe and Africa. Mr. Prah has been instrumental in representing Trust Management Services and facilitating a successful dialogue with client nations, enabling TMS to consummate several current humanitarian projects in Africa.


ADVISORY BOARD:

Mansour Abdullah Al Othaimin, Advisory Board Member for Trust Management Services Inc. for the regions of: the Middle East, India and Africa. Mansour is Chairman of Baka Holding L.L.C, set up his company to cater to the surging market demand for professional and quality business operating, with international standards in mind. Baka Holding fills a large gap in a growing but ambitious region. Mansour brings with him, a wealth of experience drawn from a rich and rewarding tenure spanning more than 20 years in various industries including banking, real estate and consultancy.

Having spent five years with Emaar Properties PJSC as Executive Director, Emaar International Development and earlier as Corporate Director Sales & Marketing, Mansour actively participated in Emaar's rapid rise from a national real estate outfit to one of the largest corporations in the world. He has played a key role in materializing a vision by managing some of the most iconic projects the region has ever witnessed. Team-building, leadership, marketing insight and execution are key assets Mansour has displayed in launching Emaar's diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects to both local and international investors, thus contributing immensely to the growth of Emaar's brand globally especially in the GCC, North Africa and Levant. The projects include prominent landmarks in Dubai such as Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills, Emirates Living, Arabian Ranches and particularly Burj Dubai starting with its tickling idea that turned into a site of the world's tallest tower. These achievements have enabled Mansour to become a valued voice in the region when it comes to inception and execution of large scale and future-defining projects.

His initial foray into business was with global banking institutions in Seattle, Washington State; Mansour returned to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and took up senior positions in reputable financial houses such as Faisal Islamic bank of Bahrain, and later the Dalla Al Baraka Group. In 1996, he directed Gulf Wide operations as Regional Manager for International Public Relations (IPR), overseeing a team of PR professionals and handling major national and international client portfolios.

Mansour, 45, holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Seattle University, Seattle, Washington State. He is a keen sportsman and avid traveler.


Dr Jonathan RT Lakey PhD MSM is an Advisory Board Member of Trust Management Services Inc. Dr. Lakey has had a long interest and research focus in cell and tissue preservation and isolation with a focus on insulin producing cells from the pancreas. Dr Lakey graduated from the University of Alberta (BSc, MSc, PhD) and received post secondary training in Indianapolis and Seattle before returning to establish his research program at the University of Alberta. Dr Lakey was also the Director of the Comprehensive Tissue Bank within Capital Health. Dr Lakey was also the Chief Scientific Officer and President for MicroIslet Inc, a public diabetes biotechnology company focused on Islet Xenotransplantation. Dr Lakey has recently accepted the position of the Director of Research and Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of California Irvine.

His contributions and partnership with Dr James Shapiro led towards the improvement of islet isolation techniques and the "Edmonton Protocol" for patients with Type 1 diabetes. Dr Lakey and his team have assisted over 40 islet programs worldwide in establishing islet transplantation programs resulting in severe Type 1 diabetic patients being free of insulin injections. Dr. Lakey has been awarded research awards for his research achievements in transplantation from the Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research (AHFMR), Canadian Diabetes Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation International (JDFI) including a senior research scholar award from the AHFMR. Dr Lakey has mentored several MSc and PhD students in his research laboratory and supported training of technicians from several research and islet laboratories worldwide. Dr Lakey sits on the Scientific Advisory Board for diabetes biotechnology companies including NorMedex, Kent and DiaKine Inc. which resulted in several industry supported research grants for work in Dr Lakey's research laboratory. Dr Lakey has sat on several key regulatory boards establishing the safety standards for cell and tissue transplantation in Canada and abroad.

Dr Lakey has been recognized locally, nationally and internationally for his groundbreaking research. Among his honors, Dr. Lakey is the recipient of the Outstanding Leadership in Science Award from Alberta Science & Technology, Outstanding Achievement Award from the Canadian Diabetes Association and Studentship Awards from the Canadian Society for Clinical Investigations Trainee Award and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr Lakey was recently honored with the Meritorious Service Medal (2005) by the Governor General of Canada, and as a recipient of an Alberta Centennial Medal by the Province of Alberta (2005).

Dr Lakey is widely sought after as a speaker in the field of islet transplantation. He has been widely published with over 220 referred scientific papers and 22 book chapters, submitted over 350 scientific abstracts, and has recently published a technical book on islet isolation. Among his proudest achievements, Dr. Lakey and his team have successfully over 40 islet transplant centers worldwide in replicating the Edmonton Protocol, resulting in diabetic patients being freed of exogenous insulin injections. Dr. Lakey sits editorial boards of several diabetes and transplantation journals, reviews manuscripts for several journals and has served as a Councilor for Cell Transplant Society.

The field of cell transplantation is bright and ever expanding and many opportunities continue to be developed including those in tissue preservation, cell processing and cell expansion including those related to stem cells. Dr Lakey's training and breadth of experience in this field, ensure his research efforts will remaining at the cutting edge of this technology.


Robin J. Willcourt, MD FACOG is an Advisory Board Member of Trust Management Services Inc. He has recently served as the Vice President - Medical Operations for NorMedex LLC, where he participated in the development of the protocols and training program and the logistics for setting up PIVIT clinics in the USA and Internationally. Dr. Willcourt is a graduate of the University of Adelaide School of Medicine with residencies in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Adelaide and Honolulu, Hawai'i and Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine in Louisville, KY. He is double Boarded in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He has recently completed the written Board examination in Anti-Aging and Sports Medicine, with a goal for developing protocols for nutrition and healthy living with special attention to the needs of diabetics.

His faculty appointments include Universities of Louisville, Georgetown University and University of Hawai'i as Associate Professor. Dr. Willcourt has also served as Medical Director, Kapiolani Women and Children's Medical Center from 1981-1989 and in private practice in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, including managing a clinic dedicated to the treatment pregnant diabetics. He founded a private High Risk Pregnancy Center in 1996 in Reno NV, and sold the clinic to a national organization that is the leading Maternal-Fetal and Neonatal organization in the US.

He founded the Fetal Imaging Center, in Reno, NV. During this time, he has published numerous investigative studies on pregnancy complications as well as being a contributor to text-books on medical complications of pregnancy, including diabetes.

While in Hawai'i he developed and coordinated a maternal transport system for State of Hawai'i that created an efficient network for the rapid transport of mothers with serious obstetrical complications. He has received numerous awards for Excellence in Teaching and was the first recipient of the Australian Medical Association prize in Medicine. Recently, with Dr Jonathan Lakey and Dr Victor Knutzen he has developed a supplement for maintaining better blood glucose control in Type 2 diabetics.
